Gentle Flow Yoga

Palm 11 Gentle Flow Yoga is designed to help you slow down, reconnect and move with intention. This soothing class combines mindful breathing with gentle stretches and flowing movement to release tension and restore balance in both body and mind.

Palm 11 Mommy & Me Yoga classes are designed to support new mothers in their gentle return to movement, while creating space to bond with their baby in a relaxed, non-judgemental environment.

Classes focus on postnatal-friendly movement, breathing, light strengthening and stretching, with plenty of time to attend to your baby’s needs. Babies are welcome to feed, rest or move freely during the session.

This class is about connection — to your body, your baby and other parents navigating the same stage of life.

Pilates (Mat)
