2) Bookings and payments

  • Appointments, memberships, and classes may require advance payment or deposit.

  • Prices are displayed online/in-studio and may change. The price at checkout/booking applies.

  • We may refuse or cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or safety concerns.

 
3) Arrival time and consultations (Treatments)

To deliver treatments safely:

  • You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete verbal and written consultation (as required).

  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying other clients.

  • If you arrive so late that we cannot complete consultation safely and/or deliver the treatment properly, we may treat it as a late cancellation/no-show (see Cancellation Policy) and the session may be non-refundable.

 
4) Health, safety, and suitability

  • You must disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medications, and contraindications.

  • We may decline or modify a service if it is not safe or suitable.

  • You are responsible for following aftercare guidance.

 
5) Movement sessions and studio conduct

  • Please arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted once a session begins (to protect safety and experience).

  • Respectful conduct is required. We may refuse entry or remove a participant for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

 
6) Gift cards and promotions (if applicable)

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and must be used before expiry (if stated).

  • Promotions cannot typically be combined unless explicitly stated.

 
7) Liability

  • We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  • Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Palm 11 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • You are responsible for your personal property.

 
8) Intellectual property

All website content, branding, and materials belong to Palm 11 or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

 
9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

 
10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
